For registered unitholders, the transfer agent and registrar keeps a record of the outstanding certificate and the name and address of the person to whom it is registered. The transfer agent also uses the unitholder records to mail quarterly cash distributions to registered unitholders on payment dates.
Registered (or "certificated") unitholders should contact Computershare to make any changes to their account or to check the status of cash distributions.
